The Naughty Dog

The naughty dog roastery was founded by Petra Davies Veselá and Gwilym Davies. Petra is a multiple champion of the Czech Republic in the preparation of coffee, the author of the Big Book on Coffee and a trainer of Coffee Courses . In the roastery, he is in charge of the selection of green coffee and works around. Gwilym is the World Champion from 2009, the owner of the Prufrock cafe and because training was no longer enough for him, he had a dream to start roasting . And that came true for him.

Petra and Gwil are inseparably accompanied by their two dachshunds, Jenny and Mája . And the roastery is named after them . It focuses on roasting coffee from Africa and Central America . They prefer Ethiopia, Rwanda, but recently Colombia or Costa Rica.
