Medium Roast 100% Arabica coffeesOne of the new coffees we are now testing is our popular 100% Arabica Brazil Santos and Ethiopia Sidamo coffees roasted to a lighter grade than our standard roast.

All of our coffees are roasted to City+ grade as standard. However, because many of our customers prefer coffees that are roasted to a lower grade, we are introducing two two brown roasted coffees

Roasting coffee is a great alchemy that largely influences the taste of the final beverage. The lower roast level brings out the coffee's natural subtle acidity without feeling over-roasted. Lighter roasting is particularly popular in the Nordic countries. On the other hand, very dark roasting is popular in Italy.
