Thefarm is said to be perfectly situated between two mountains, providing a very stable and humid environment in which the coffee plants thrive. Combined with the cultivation under the shade of the Inga trees and the extensive processing of the compost by earthworms, the prerequisites for a good cup of coffee are high. For us personally, this is a beautiful example of how cupping scores are sometimes misleading. 85.5 and a coffee like a pod at that!
