Nordbeans

The combination of Brazilian and Kenyan coffee creates a harmoniously balanced taste. The Brazilian coffee adds fullness and sweetness, while the Kenyan coffee brings fresh fruity notes with a hint of currant. The resulting taste is reminiscent of linzer candy, marmalade and fine marzipan. This coffee is perfect for moments with loved ones when you want to enjoy the comfort and joy in the warmth of home.

Brazil - São Silvestre Farm, Minas Gerais
The São Silvestre Farm in Minas Gerais, a key region for Brazilian coffee, is situated at an altitude of 1150 metres above sea level on volcanic soil, ideal for cultivation. Here, the Andrade brothers use innovative techniques, including anaerobic processing, which gives the coffee its sweetness and full flavour.

The coffee from the São Silvestre farm is processed anaerobically, where the coffee cherries are fermented in an enclosed space. This process gives the coffee a rich, sweet taste and increases its fullness and intensity, which is characteristic of Brazilian coffees.

Kenya - Sarkin AB plant, Nyeri
Sarkin AB's plant in Nyeri, at 1900 m above sea level, is renowned for Kenya's premium coffee. Thanks to the rich soil and thorough sorting, the coffee excels with the fruity notes and fresh acidity typical of the region.

Sarkin AB Kenyan coffee is processed using a washed method that gives it a clean and distinctive flavour profile. The cherries are carefully sorted according to ripeness and fermented in water, bringing out the typical acidity and fresh fruit notes.
