Bialetti
We can rightly call the Bialetti Moka Express the queen of all moka coffee makers. It has been in production in the same design for more than 80 years and has become the best-selling moka pot in the world. If you're wondering who is behind the "little man with a moustache" you see on every model, it is the likeness of Alfonso Bialetti, who invented the moka pot in 1933. He simply wanted to differentiate his products, so why not his character :-)
TheBialetti Moka Express is made of food-grade aluminium and the comfortable handle is plastic. Aluminum cookware tends to be unpopular, but in this case it's not out of place. The inside of the coffee maker gets coated with a patina after time of use, and soaks up the taste of the coffee. It is this taste and the simplicity of the whole unit that makes bialettes so popular worldwide.

The product is truly the best alternative for anyone wishing to get a espresso machine but the budget is tight, it is portable and easily cleaned after use. The induction mat is also a very useful addon for anyone with modern oventop, it takes a bit longer for it to start extracting but the results will be same.

I've bought a coffee maker like this before, but in a smaller size. Since it makes such great coffee, I decided to buy a larger one so I can serve my guests all at once. It makes delicious, strong coffee!
It says it's for 3 people, but it's only enough for 3 EXTRA SMALL espressos. If you're ordering, get a larger one, as this is enough for 2 coffees or 1 slightly larger cup (with milk added).
