Themanual milk frother from the Italian company G.A.T. should not be missing in the home of every cappuccino or caffé latte lover. With its help, you can easily conjure up a beautifully velvety and thick milk foam in no time.
TheG.A.T. Fantasia frother is made of stainless steel, so you can heat the milk in the frother right away. It will work on all types of cookers, except induction.
Fill the frother 1/3 full and heat the milk in it (it should not boil). Heat without the lid and plunger. Then press the plunger up and down several times and feel the milk slowly thicken. The milk froth is ready in 2 minutes and you will be surprised at the great result you get.
After use, you can wash the whisk in the dishwasher.

I expected the foam to be firmer.
You can heat up to 0.3 L of milk in this on the stove, and it’s ready in about 2 minutes... No burning—I just stir it every now and then. Gorgeous foam—it solidifies under the plunger. I recommend it for small amounts of milk. It’s also great to take with you when traveling...
I’ve tried several manual milk frothers, and they either didn’t froth semi-skimmed milk well or didn’t froth warm whole milk well. I don’t have that problem with this frother. It froths warm semi-skimmed milk beautifully, and it’s even easier with whole milk. Plus, it’s made of metal, so I won’t be afraid to pack it up and take it with me to the cabin :)
