This is one of the projects of the Mamacoffee roastery, which is run by Chepe in Nicaragua. She describes the women of the COASSAN cooperative as very determined to improve the quality of their coffee and achieve better results.

The aim of the project is to create better conditions for trading on the world market, where small farmers would otherwise find it difficult to reach. Based on previous experience working with the Aranjuez Women's Project and the Coomcafe Women's Project, mamacoffee decided to once again support women, who often have it harder in the coffee sector, and give themthe space and opportunity to grow.
