Quality Czech coffee grinders with tradition since 1923 , in the times of the First Republic, the mills BO GARANTIE were still a famous name in Europe and overseas. After the revolution, production is being renewed under the new name of Lodos sro (LOmnicke Dokumace Strojky). Lodos mills are fitted with a hardened steel mill that guarantees long life, so Lodos provides a 10-year warranty on the grinding machine , with a 2-year warranty on the body. All Lodos mills have an easily adjustable coarse grind and are made mostly by hand, most often made of quality beechwood. Porcelain mills are made of quality Czech porcelain from the company Český porcelán as from Dubí.

Lodos hand grinders represent exactly this combination. It is unique on the Czech market , as the tradition of the company from Lomnice na Popelka dates back to the times of the First Republic.

Traditional coffee grinders

The very first grinders were manufactured in Lomnica as early as 1923. Back then, the grinders bore the BO GARANTIE brand, and gradually gained fame throughout Europe and overseas. This success was, of course, interrupted by the rise of communism, but after the revolution production was resumed, this time under the name LODOS .

What is hidden inside?

The grinding mechanism of each Lodos coffee grinder is made of hardened stainless steel, thanks to which the grinders have a very high durability and a long service life.
Adjustable coarseness of grinding is a matter of course for every grinder.
The shell of the Lodos grinder is made in most cases from high-quality beech wood, or from ceramics or another type of metal.
An extended warranty of 10 years is provided for the internal mechanism.

What makes Lodos grinders special?
