Lodos
Easily portable and very lightweight hand grinder from the Czech brand Lodos. Ideal for holidays, cottages, work, in the car, or simply anywhere you can't be without your quality freshly ground coffee. It fits absolutely everywhere. It is made of high quality plastic, metal and hardened steel, from which the grinding stones are made. Of course, the grinding coarseness can be adjusted from very fine to very coarse, and Lodos guarantees the entire grinding mechanism for 10 years.
The design consists of very functional clean lines, making the grinder suitable for modern households where retro-style grinders are not desirable.

A good grinder
Lightweight and compact—a replica of what Tofa Semily used to make.
You can’t say anything bad about the price-to-performance ratio, but it definitely doesn’t grind fine enough for a French press. It’s coarser than espresso, but it’s still too fine for a French press. So I recommend using it for a French press, or you can also use it in drip coffee makers set to the coarsest setting (basically after removing the screw). The design isn’t perfect—parts of the grinding burrs rub against each other—so I’m curious how many years it’ll last, but for the price and for travel, it’s a great solution: the lever tucks away neatly inside, and it’s lightweight! Plus, it can grind a large amount of coffee at once.
