This hand grinder is equipped with a powerful 7-blade grinding unit that offers significantly better grinding uniformity compared to classic 5-blade models (e.g. Barista X). With more cutting edges, the beans are more efficiently ground into consistent fractions with less fines - resulting in a cleaner, more balanced taste without unwanted bitterness.
Grinding is not only faster, but also more convenient - the grains are caught more gradually, resulting in less resistance when grinding, which you will appreciate especially with prolonged or frequent use.
Recommended settings:
-
French press: 10
-
Drip coffee: 19
-
Espresso: 40
The grinder covers the entire spectrum of preparation - from espresso and moka pot to pour-over or French press.
⚠️ Warning:
Never grind at higher than 40 clicks - there is a risk of metal to metal contact, which can lead to damaged grinding stones and inconsistent grinding.

We love this grinder and would definitely recommend it to everyone. It's very easy to use, offers detailed settings, and is also very durable.
A very good grinder that produces excellent results. It grinds both very finely and coarsely.
It grinds consistently, but it's hard to adjust it to a specific grind size. Still, it was a very pleasant surprise for the price. X times better than a well-known Chinese brand.
The grinder is amazing—it grinds smoothly and doesn't require much effort. The numbered grind settings are a big plus :)
Great, compact, well-designed. Lots of grind settings. Just the right size for a single cup of coffee
A lot of blades means a lot of resistance. For women, grinding anything is quite a workout. That’s something you can live with—at least the ground coffee comes out more or less evenly.
The biggest problem, however, is the crank system. After a month of use, the grind starts to “spontaneously” become finer during grinding (it requires more cranks). If you want to keep the blades sharp, you don’t have much choice but to check it every few turns or stabilize the cranks with some tape.
Otherwise, the design is nice, and the resulting coffee is ground to a predictable consistency. It fits nicely in the hand, and for me, as a man, it grinds pleasantly quickly. That is, with tape on the cranks.
The grinder is truly versatile—it can be used for both espresso (lever-style) and coarser grinds (V60, French press, etc.).
The price-to-performance ratio is decent (purchased on sale at a discount).
The all-metal construction of the grinder is high-quality (it contains no plastic parts, only a wooden handle). The total weight of the grinder is 475 g. The dimensions of the grinder are 5 x 14 cm (without the handle attached).
The outer ring for adjusting the grind size has an audible click. Number 1 is for the coarsest grind and number 45 for the finest (at higher settings, the burrs come into contact with each other, so be careful and do not use these settings!).
The hexagonal tip of the grinder for attaching the handle is magnetic, which was a pleasant surprise.
The high-quality wooden handle, with a diameter of 4 cm, fits comfortably in the hand.
The ground coffee container holds 25–30 g of coffee. The bottom of the container can be unscrewed, which makes cleaning easier.
A 3-mm Allen wrench is needed to remove the 29-mm heptagonal steel burr (not included!).
Above this burr is a spring, followed by a washer (don’t lose it) and a bearing. Another bearing is located in the upper part of the grinder (the two bearings make grinding much easier, which you’ll appreciate when grinding for an espresso machine). The ring for adjusting the grind coarseness can be completely unscrewed.
Reassembling the grinder is simple, but you need to be careful at the end to ensure the metal cap on the grinding burr is in the correct position (before tightening with the Allen wrench).
One drawback of the grinder is that while grinding, you have to be careful not to accidentally move the grind scale with the hand holding the grinder. With a little practice and the right grip, this won’t happen.
I use the grinder at work and when traveling. It’s a very good choice as a backup grinder or a “first” grinder.
The paper box contains brief instructions in Czech, but they’re useless…
The mini plastic cleaning brush with synthetic bristles is usable, but you’re better off getting something of higher quality.
We took an instant liking to this grinder—it fits comfortably in your hand, grinds well, and looks nice.... The price is a bit high, but it reflects the quality.
