The 80 is the sweetest in this range, but still offers a very intense chocolate experience. There are hints of tobacco and red fruit in the taste.

In 1dcl of milk, stir 4 teaspoons of the mixture. Stirring with a whisk, bring to a boil and stir until the chocolate chunks are completely melted and the drink has thickened. You can sweeten, garnish with whipped cream, milk foam or flavour with spices (chilli, cinnamon).

Ingredients:
Dark chocolate (cocoa beans 63%, cane sugar), cocoa powder (7%).
May contain traces of nuts and milk.

Store in a dry place at a temperature below 25°C.
