Sometimes it’s not easy to come up with a gift idea. Go for a fragrant coffee gift! We’ve selected four interesting GourmetKáva Specialty filter coffees for you. Try out different processing methods.
☕What is GourmetKáva Specialty? It’s true specialty coffee that we’ve carefully selected for you and had roasted by Beansmith. According to the definition by the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association), these are coffees that score at least 80 out of 100 in a professional evaluation and do not exhibit any of the specifically listed flavor defects. With our specialty coffees, you’ll also find 100% transparency (farms, importer, roaster, and retailer).
☕What makes specialty coffees different from others? Don’t expect pronounced bitterness in these coffees—instead, expect a palette of wild, fruity flavors! That’s because they’re roasted lighter than regular coffees to preserve as much of the coffee’s natural flavor as possible. All of our coffees are primarily intended for home brewing methods such as drip coffee, but that doesn’t mean they can’t be enjoyable in a moka pot as well.
