Indonesia surprises again! This coffee from the Argopuro region in East Java will draw you into a world of fine coffee with full, sweet flavours and unexpected depth. It comes from small farms on the slopes of the volcano, where families grow the Kartika and S795 varieties with respect for nature. Thanks to the altitude of around 1 300 m above sea level, the beans ripen slowly, ensuring an intense flavour profile.
The processing is anaerobic fermentation, which takes 3 days and brings out sweet and fruity notes - in the cup you will find cognac, blueberry and mango, complemented by a velvety texture and juicy acidity. Dried slowly in the sun, the beans are hand-selected and carefully sorted - only the best quality beans make it into the final package.
