Johnny Alvarado Abarca grows coffee on the Finca La Palmita farm and processes it in the family's Corazon de Jesus micromill. The ripe cherries are hand-picked, dried on African beds for 10-20 days and then rested for two months to achieve perfect quality. Some batches have made it to the Cup of Excellence finals.
