Colombia Inzá is a coffee with a story - it comes from the heights of the Cauca region, where it is grown by small farmers in the ACC association. This community is committed to sustainable cultivation and offers farmers an alternative to illegal crops.
Processing takes place on the farm: hand harvesting, fermentation for 12-18 hours, washing and drying. This gives the coffee a clean and balanced flavour profile with notes of orange, nettle tea and star anise.
The Castillo variety is known for its robustness and stable flavour. A great choice for all filtering methods.
