Colombia Inzá is a coffee with a story—it comes from the highlands of the Cauca region, where it is grown by smallholder farmers organized in the ACC association. This community is committed to sustainable farming and offers farmers an alternative to illegal crops.
Processing takes place directly on the farms: hand-harvesting, 12–18 hours of fermentation, washing, and drying. This gives the coffee a clean and balanced flavor profile with notes of orange, nettle tea, and star anise.
The Castillo variety is known for its resilience and consistent flavor. An excellent choice for all brewing methods.
