The Eureka Mignon Classico is a fresh grinder - a grinder with direct grinding into the lever. Compared to the Manuale model, it has a timer and a firmer lever grip, with the Manuale it's a holder that is quite unstable.

  • Stepless Micrometric System (patented by Eureka- coarseness controlled by the bottom stone) - stepless stepless micrometric adjustment of grinding coarseness. The set grinding coarseness is therefore maintained after maintenance and cleaning.
  • System ACE = Anti-Clumps and Electrostaticity - the grinding is very consistent, the system prevents the formation of clumps and static electricity.
  • Electronic dosing system based on a timer - a timer that rotates mechanically, next to it is a switch between automatic and manual grinding.
