A fine malt blend of barley and chicory root serves as a substitute for classic coffee. The blend is very mild and easy to dissolve. In addition, it is caffeine-free, so you can enjoy a cup just before bedtime.

Preparation procedure:
Pour two teaspoons of the mixture into a mug and cover with hot water. Add milk or sugar to taste.
