This automatic has a lot going for it! The sleek, compact, and modern design fits perfectly in a modern kitchen. Bean hopper and water tank easily accessible, makes it a breeze to refill either one. Most importantly, it makes great coffee with good crema, and the pro steam wand is pretty easy to use and give delicious microfoam for a cappucino.
Only two minor negatives/annoyances: First, you must tilt the steam wand in order to remove the grounds container – this takes some time to getting used to. Secondly, the plastic build quality could be a bit better in places (water tank handle, touch screen panel attachment).
Purchasing and shipment process from Gourmet Káva was simply outstanding and very fast! HIGHLY recommended.
