TheWilfa Svart electric grinder from the Norwegian brand Wilfa is a high quality professional electric grinder for both experienced and novice home baristas.
Like all high-quality electric grinders, this one has grinding stones made of high-quality steel. The grains are not chopped but are crushed against each other. The grinding stones are robust and ensure a fast and perfect grind.
The main advantage of the Wilfa Svart grinder is the sensitive adjustment of the grinding coarseness (approx. 70 degrees from fine to coarse).

The grinder offers a reasonable grinding speed and can handle even coarser beans from various roasters without any trouble. The various coarseness settings are a plus. Its dimensions are acceptable even for a typical home kitchen. Note, however, that it isn’t suitable for absolutely every purpose. I had hoped it would be quieter, but even the noise level is still acceptable. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the grinder; it meets my expectations.
