Eureka
Before tamping, a level surface of ground coffee helps prepare the portafilter for the next step in making espresso. The Eureka distributor levels the coffee in the portafilter, and its adjustable depth allows you to adapt the amount of coffee to the portafilter being used.
Setup and Use
Adjust the depth using the threaded shaft and numerical scale, allowing you to customize the working disc’s reach as needed. Use this tool to level the surface of the ground coffee before tamping.
The ergonomic shape and non-slip design make it easy to hold while working. The black upper part is made of aluminum, and the working disc is made of stainless steel.
