Flavour profile
The light, grassy base of green tea is complemented by the fresh and floral-citrus aroma of bergamot. The infusion is smooth, refreshing and less heavy than classic black Earl Grey - perfect for when you want to stimulate the senses without the strong bitterness.
Preparation
- Dosage: approx. 1 teaspoon (≈ 2 g) per 250 ml of water.
- Water temperature: 75-80 °C.
- 2-3 minutes depending on the desired intensity of flavour.
- Tip: a shorter infusion will bring out the delicate floral notes, a longer one will give the infusion a fuller character.
