If you’re looking for a manual grinder that offers precise grinding, consistent performance, and ease of use, this model will delight you from the very first turn of the handle. It’s designed to handle both filter coffee and espresso while maintaining a compact and sturdy build.
Precise Grinding for Both Filter Coffee and Espresso
Inside are 48mm TriB-048-I conical burrs with 12-point Tri-Break geometry. Before grinding, this geometry first compresses, pierces, and cuts the beans, allowing them to pass through the grinder more smoothly and with less resistance. The result is a more uniform grind and more consistent coffee preparation.
Compared to the previous generation, it offers significantly better performance, even for espresso. In the cup, this translates to a fuller body, better-defined flavors, and a more balanced result.
Precise Grind Size Adjustment
You can adjust the grind size using an external adjustment ring without disassembling the grinder. There are 90 settings available, with each setting corresponding to 15 microns, so you can easily fine-tune the grind for different brewing methods.
The ring mechanism is easy to feel and holds the selected position reliably, so the setting won’t shift on its own.
Construction and Ease of Use
The grinder’s body is made of aluminum alloy and 304 stainless steel, giving it a very solid and durable feel. The foldable handle saves space during storage, and the ergonomic XL grip ensures more comfortable grinding even during extended use.
The hopper holds 30 g of coffee, which is practical for everyday home use.
