The summer mix combines the mastery of two iconic producers. The Colombian part is the work of coffee visionary Diego Samuel Bermudez, who imbued the beans with their legendary smoothness, depth and endless sweetness. The Ethiopian wilderness was taken over by Taferi Kela - thanks to him, the coffee has the right holiday sparkle, florality and freshness. Both coffees were harvested at optimum maturity in the autumn of 2025.
The crystal clear taste and long icy aftertaste are the result of the traditional washed method. The coffee cherries were stripped of their skins and sticky pulp immediately after picking and the beans were then thoroughly bathed in water channels. The result is an incredibly clean profile that stands out even on ice!
