The coffee comes from the Altos Guayabos farm in the Ortega region of Tolima, Colombia, where it is grown with love and experience by Aristobulo Rayo. Thanks to the ideal microclimate, the altitude of 1830 m and the fertile soil, the Geisha variety - one of the most important and aromatic coffee varieties in the world - thrives here .
The beans are processed using thewashed method, which preserves the purity and balance of the flavour profile. After fermentation, the coffee is aged in wooden Caribbean rum barrels, where it acquires subtle notes of alcohol, spice and vanilla. The result is a truly exceptional and complex taste experience.
