When making espresso , squeezing the coffee in the lever is really important. The next step you can take to get closer to the perfect espresso is to align the foamed coffee properly. This dual-purpose helper will do both :)

It works as it should; it’s easy to adjust and lock into the desired position. The coffee is always perfectly level, and thanks to the stop ring, it sits at the correct height in the portafilter. The portafilter can then be easily attached to the coffee machine’s group head. So I recommend it. Just be careful not to let it fall on your foot. This little gadget weighs 597 grams.
