Oolong is a type of tea that lies between green and black tea. It is partially oxidised, which gives it a characteristic complex flavour profile with a combination of floral, fruity and sometimes subtly roasted notes. Oolongs are characterised by a rich, layered flavour and are often rolled into small balls or twisted leaves.
