Recipe for cold brew in the Hario Filter-In Coffee Bottle

Recommended ratio:
50–55 g of coarsely ground coffee per 650 ml of cold water.

Preparation Instructions

  1. Pour the ground coffee into the filter.
  2. Place the filter into the bottle.
  3. Pour in 650 ml of cold water.
  4. Gently shake or stir the bottle.
  5. Place in the refrigerator to steep for 8–12 hours.
  6. After steeping, remove the filter with the coffee.
  7. Serve it plain, over ice, or with milk.

For a milder flavor, steep for a shorter time or use less coffee. For a stronger cold brew, you can increase the amount of coffee to up to 60 g.
