Recipe for cold brew in the Hario Filter-In Coffee Bottle
Recommended ratio:
50–55 g of coarsely ground coffee per 650 ml of cold water.
Preparation Instructions
- Pour the ground coffee into the filter.
- Place the filter into the bottle.
- Pour in 650 ml of cold water.
- Gently shake or stir the bottle.
- Place in the refrigerator to steep for 8–12 hours.
- After steeping, remove the filter with the coffee.
- Serve it plain, over ice, or with milk.
For a milder flavor, steep for a shorter time or use less coffee. For a stronger cold brew, you can increase the amount of coffee to up to 60 g.
