Kamwangi Washing Station is affiliated to Ngairiama FCS, which works with more than a thousand farm owners who are supported by the association to educate and improve the quality of their coffee. The hand-picked cherries are brought to the washing station where, after cleaning, they undergo a double fermentation. Once fermentation is complete, the washed beans are dried in a thin layer on raised beds for up to 10 days. The double fermentation process makes this coffee very fruity with notes of citrus and tropical fruits.

Preparation: ideal for filter coffee and as a fruitier espresso
