This coffee from the Uraga region of Guji is known for its excellent quality due to the ideal growing conditions at altitudes of 1,900-2,400 metres. Local farmers here grow indigenous Ethiopian varieties that are carefully processed at the Dimi Tula plant. The harvest took place in January 2024, when the coffee cherries were carefully selected and processed. Uraga boasts breathtaking scenery and excellent coffee growing conditions.

The washed processing of this coffee is key to its clean and bright flavour profile. After harvesting, the cherries are cleaned and fermented in water, bringing out the natural flavours. The beans are then dried in the sun, retaining their freshness and aromatic components. This carefully crafted coffee is ideal for filter brewing in the summer months.
