Also for this year's anniversary of seven years since the opening of our roastery, we have prepared a special coffee for you, which is also a product of our long-term cooperation with farmer Arnaud Causs from Ecuador. This coffee of the sidra variety is unique in its processing - the coffee cherries have been loaded into barrels for 2-3 days for fermentation and then dried on African beds for up to 3 weeks and then left for another 30 days in open containers to dry.
The controlled fermentation and longer drying process makes this birthday coffee very distinctive and unique in its sweetness. It is most enjoyed as a fuller-bodied filter coffee.
Preparation: ideal for filter coffee and as a fruitier espresso
