Rodolfo is an exceptional Christmas edition of coffee from El Salvador that combines tradition, nature and honest craftsmanship. It bears the name of its grower , Rodolfo Ruffatti Batlle, a long-time partner of Nordbeans roastery, and comes from the family farm Finca El Salvador in the Chalchuapa region of Santa Ana.

The farm is located at an altitude of 1450 metres above sea level and is surrounded by more than 20 hectares of native forest, which protects the local microclimate and promotes biodiversity. The combination of volcanic soil and careful cultivation results in a coffee with rich character and natural sweetness.

The Red Bourbon variety has been processed using a natural method that gives the coffee a full body, sweet profile and pleasant fruity notes. Dark chocolate, candied fruit and tangerine dominate the flavour, creating a warming harmony - perfect for winter days and festive moments with friends.

This coffee is a great choice for an espresso, mocha pot or Aeropress, where its balanced sweetness and subtle chocolate-fruit texture stand out.
