Keramo Natural has long been one of the best Ethiopian coffees of the season, and each harvest reaffirms why this location is so special. When you say natural Ethiopia, Keramo is exactly the taste you imagine - clean, juicy, elegant and distinctly aromatic.
The coffee comes from the Bensa area of the Sidama region, where coffee trees of the Heirloom variety grow at a high altitude of around 2,300 metres above sea level. It is the combination of altitude, climate and the careful work of the local producers that gives rise to a smooth body, a higher and lively acidity and a complex fruity sweetness.
Processing is carried out using the natural method at the Keramo processing plant, where particular attention is paid to sorting the cherries according to origin, date of picking and ripeness. Thanks to this precision, the entire process is controlled, resulting in an exceptionally pure cup with notes of apricot, mango, black tea and tropical fruits.
Keramo is the ideal choice for those looking for a light filter roast, full of elegance, sweetness and typical Ethiopian character. It is great when brewed on V60, Chemex, Aeropress or batch brew.
