What does Nordbeans say about this coffee?
Assefa Dukamo is undoubtedly one of Ethiopia's top coffee producers. This is proven not only by his success in auction competitions, but also by the consistency with which we enjoy his coffees. We first tasted them during our visit to Ethiopia in 2018. Since then, most of our attention has been directed to his plants. In addition to the already famous Kerama, last season we decided to reach for the first harvest from the Hamasho race, in which Assefa decided to capitalize on all his experience.
The result is fantastic. A sweet coffee, with a rich aroma and notes of lychee, jasmine and green tea - this is exactly what Natural from Sidama should taste like, so don't miss it!
