Hi, I'm FUNKY!
This year I changed my summer destination and went to sunny Costa Rica and on the recommendation of the Nordbeans chiefs I landed at La Chumeca Farm. They discovered this farm during their trip to Costa Rica this year and right after meeting the Uren brothers, they thought this would be the perfect destination for me. Brothers Edgar and Martín focus exclusively on natural processing and its anaerobic form. This is done in unique tin tanks that allow maximum control over the processing. Thanks to their passion and technological innovation, their coffee has already appeared in the final of the World Championship. So it's hard to find better partners for my FUNKY edition. Look forward to a flood of fruity flavours that will remind you that summer is definitely not over yet!
