The coffee comes from the Argelia region in the southwestern part of Cauca, Colombia. The farmers here grow this coffee with love and dedication. Despite difficult conditions and high crime rates in the area, they strive to provide for their families and community through legal coffee farming.

This decaf uses a natural method of caffeine removal using sugar cane. This allows the coffee to retain its full flavour. The process involves gentle steaming, washing with natural ethyl acetate and rapid drying, ensuring high quality and flavor stability.
