TheFrench press teapot is made of borosilicate glass that can withstand temperatures up to 120 degrees. The plunger and the lid are made of stainless steel, so there is no risk of the plunger bursting and the like. A second filter is integrated inside the cap. At the bottom of the kettle there is a rubber pad that serves as insulation. It can be easily removed.
