The new Porlexes have an improved grinder axis, with a crank that fits onto it. The pentagon shape is now replaced with a narrow rectangle and we really welcome this change.
Thus, with prolonged use, there is no danger of any grinding of the axis which would then cause the crank to spin idly.
A small detail that takes these grinders up a notch again.
