Bialetti
Bialetti Brikka is the only moka coffee maker that is improved over others with a patented valve that makes the moka pot works more like an espresso machine.
Thanks to the valve, the Brikka will also create a nice crema (foam) with your favourite coffee that you are used to from coffee shops. But not only that. The higher pressure also ensures a shorter extraction time, so the coffee only flows through the pot for about 20 seconds and there is no over-extraction of the coffee, unlike a traditional moka pot. Also, the pressure is greater with the Brikka thanks to the valve and thus comes closer to espresso preparation.
TheBialetti Brikka is made of polished food-grade aluminium and the comfortable handle is made of plastic. Aluminum cookware tends to be unpopular, but that's not the case here. The inside of the coffee maker will become coated with a patina after time of use, and soak up the taste of the coffee. It is this taste and the simplicity of the whole unit that makes bialettes so popular worldwide.

It doesn't work well on non-induction stoves; it needs to be moved around on a ceramic stove to brew coffee. If it stays in one place, it doesn't brew coffee. Coffee drips from the inside of the filter while cleaning. The filter itself is very thin and lightweight, and it seems to have come apart on the inside. I am not satisfied with the product.
I’m very happy with my Brikka coffee maker. For me, it’s even better than a regular Moka pot. The coffee it makes is creamy and rich, just like the kind from an espresso machine—the perfect coffee to start a perfect day.I recommend it to anyone who likes to start their day with a strong, creamy coffee—and the creamy foam that only the Brikka can produce thanks to its special valve adds to its perfection.
I got the grinder quickly—it's great stuff. You need coarser-ground coffee for it, and you don't have to fill the coffee hopper all the way, so you're always guaranteed a delicious, creamy cup of coffee.
Great coffee maker, the coffee tastes fantastic. The only downside is that it doesn't make as much foam as advertised... it makes just a tiny bit of foam, and by the time you pour it into a mug, there's no foam left at all.
Everything else is really great.
