The Bialetti Moka Induction is a combination of a classic aluminium moka express and a stainless steel base that makes it suitable for all types of cookers, including induction!

Aluminum moka pots are especially popular because over time the interior becomes coated with a patina and the teapot retains a pleasant taste and aroma. The resulting coffee is absolutely perfect.

If you are wondering who is behind the "little man with a moustache" you see on every model, it is the likeness of Alfonso Bialetti, who invented the moka pot in 1933. He simply wanted to differentiate his products, so why not his character :-)

Thebottom container of the Bialetti Moka Induction is made of polished stainless steel. The top container is made of food grade aluminium. The comfortable handle is made of heat-resistant plastic. It is the high-quality, robust yet simple construction that makes bialettes so popular worldwide.
