Taste the three different faces of matcha
Organic Matcha Tea Harmony is a basic version of matcha with a distinct and stronger taste. It's perfect for when you want the matcha flavour to stand out in combination with fruit juice, juice or syrup. It is also great in smoothies, desserts and other recipes.
Organic Matcha Tea Imperial is milder in flavour than Harmony, but still retains a distinct earthy character. It is very versatile - you can enjoy it on its own, but it also works well in flavored drinks. It also impresses with its beautiful, deep green colour.
Organic Matcha Tea Premium offers a really subtle and smooth flavour profile. It works best without flavouring or with just a few drops of lemon juice. It is also suitable for traditional Japanese preparation and its subtle, refined taste will be appreciated especially by those who already have some experience with matcha.
Preparation
- For a more delicate version of the usucha tea, pour 1 serving of Matcha Tea Premium over 70 ml of water and using a bamboo whisk, whisk the chasen vigorously in a W-shaped motion until a fine foam forms.
- For a stronger koicha tea, use 2 portions of Matcha Tea Premium and pour 40 ml of water over them. The resulting tea has a thicker consistency and is prepared in a slower circular motion.

Organic Matcha Tea Ceremony contains no known allergens. However, due to its higher intensity, we do not recommend drinking it on an empty stomach as it may cause nausea in more sensitive people.
