Matcha Premium BIO is obtained from Tencha leaves, which are harvested in spring and grown in shaded plantations. The leaves are not fermented, retaining valuable nutrients including amino acids, vitamins, minerals and fibre. In Japan and China, matcha tea is not only used as a beverage, but also as a powder in hot and cold dishes, desserts and ice creams. It adds a rich flavour, an unmistakable aroma and a beautiful green colour to dishes.
Dosage. When thickened, add water to 200 ml. For a sufficient supply of antioxidants, two servings a day are sufficient.
