Mamacoffee Nicaragua Salomón Chavarría 100g
The coffee is best enjoyed on a filter for its varied cherry flavour with a cane sugar sweetness with hints of cinnamon and star anise, but also for its delicious creamy body.
What does mamacoffee roastery say about coffee?
Thanks to our direct collaboration, Salomón Chavarría coffee comes directly from farmers in Nicaraqui. On the El Progresso and Linda Vista farms, Salomón Chavarría's family has been growing coffee for generations. They were among the first to focus on growing and processing fine coffee. Their approach shows their interest and tradition, but also their vision for the future. They try new processes on the farms, which they then apply on a larger scale. By working together and eliminating the intermediate links of resellers, the Salamón family can earn more money and focus primarily on the quality of the coffee they grow.
