To achieve the perfect espresso, the right combination of several key factors is required: freshly ground coffee, quality coffee grounds, correct pressure and consistent water temperature. The Sage BES875 espresso lever coffee machine delivers an innovative solution for temperature control throughout the extraction process. Using an electronic PID system, it monitors and maintains a constant temperature throughout the extraction process, ensuring stability and maintaining the quality of the final espresso.
In addition to temperature control,the electronic PID system ensures low-pressure pre-steamingfirst, followed by a gradual increase in pressure for maximum even coffee extraction.
The coffee maker has a 250 gram coffee hopper from which the beans drop into an integrated grinder with conical stainless steel stones. Here they are ground to your choice of grind coarseness, in up to 18 different options. You can choose the grinding quantity yourself. Finally, the ground coffee goes into the holder with portafilter. You can fine-tune the exact dosage and alignment at the same time thanks to RazorTM.
The large variety of functions allows you to experiment with the coffee preparation and find the best combination for a delicious coffee with a thick froth to suit your taste.
