Preparation and control
The machine is designed to work quickly and consistently: you pour the beans into the hopper, the grinder grinds accurately into the filter holder and the central temper ensures even frothing. The touchscreen display offers preset modes as well as the ability to manually fine-tune the extraction length and milk quantity.
Auto MilQ and milk programs
Auto MilQ automates milk frothing for cappuccino, latte and alternative milks, but also allows manual intervention if you prefer a custom foam texture. Thanks to fast heating and precise temperature control, you'll get stable results every time.
Flavour profile
Thanks to the conical grinder with metal stones, stable extraction temperature and pre-steaming, you'll achieve full flavour, balanced bitterness and rich crema. The machine handles well both medium-dark blends for classic espresso and lighter roasts for more pronounced fruity notes in longer extractions (long coffee).
