The new tempX technology continuously adjusts power output during heating and maintains the set temperature with an accuracy of up to ±0.5 °C. Compared to traditional heating element cycling, the pot responds more smoothly and reaches the desired temperature faster. The temperature can be conveniently adjusted using the Grooveboard touchscreen—with a gentle tap in 0.5 °C increments or by quickly swiping your finger.

Maximum Control When Pouring

The specially shaped gooseneck spout allows you to control the flow from a very gentle stream to a stronger one. Depending on your pouring technique, the flow rate can be adjusted from a very slow stream of about 1 g/s to a fast pour of about 15–16 g/s.

Smart safety features

The kettle automatically accounts for the lower boiling point at higher altitudes and adjusts the heating to prevent boiling over. It also features protection against heating with insufficient water.

The interior is made of 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and does not transfer odors or unwanted flavors. Other practical features include an ergonomic handle with a wooden thumb rest and ventilation holes hidden under the lid that direct steam away from your hand.
