We present to you an exceptional product - mixed honey from central Bohemia, originating from clean and natural forests in the Udolí utěch. This honey is uniquely processed using a traditional method that preserves all natural substances and nutrients. Due to the fact that it is hand-drained from virgin honeycombs, it acquires a rich texture and a unique taste.

Honey dripped from virgin combs vs. honey from a honeypot?

Honey comes exclusively from new, clean combs that retain their white color, without chemical residues or old layers.
Virgin combs do not combine with the honey cannon because they break when spun. Therefore, this honey is obtained by manual crushing and subsequent dripping for 36 hours, which preserves its quality.
This type of honey contains naturally occurring pollen, propolis and small pieces of wax. Thanks to this, it has a more matte, natural appearance, and its composition gives honey specific properties.
