How to prepare cold brew

  1. Grind the coffee to a coarser grind (similar to a French press grind).
  2. Fill the filter cartridge with coffee (recommended ratio for finished beverage ~ 1:8; for concentrate 1:4-1:5).
  3. Slowly pour in cold filtered water, close the lid and place in the refrigerator or let stand at room temperature for 12-18 hours depending on desired strength.
  4. Remove filter insert, pour and serve over ice or diluted to taste.
  5. The filter and pitcher can be easily rinsed under running water; the filter insert can be removed and cleaned more thoroughly when needed.
