With the elegant Hario Cafeor, the Japanese company Hario has used a special fine metal filter from which the extracted coffee flows directly into a jug from which the coffee can be served directly.
This is an interesting alternative even for those who do not like paper filters in a dripper, which will be both amuch more economical and more environmentally friendly solution. The metal filter also lets more of the fine coffee oils through than other filters.
The Hario Cafeor dripper is made from stainless steel, high quality plastic and high quality heat resistant glass. The metal filter is designed so that it does not fall out of the pot when pouring coffee into the cup, and the filter can be easily removed and cleaned by gently twisting it. The pitcher can also be used on its own, where, compared to the marked 300 ml capacity for coffee preparation, you can use the entire container, which is approximately 600 ml. The filter itself can hold up to approx. 15 g of freshly ground coffee.
