Brewista
TheBrewista Cold Pro 4™ kit was designed and manufactured in the USA specifically for cold brew production. It is considered to be the simplest and cleanest method of cold brewing coffee. No strainer, special extraction vessel liners or other accessories are needed.
The vessel has a patented drain design based on the "lift-and-twist" principle - from the prepared cold brew you just lift and turn the filter basket with the ground coffee and then place it on the upper supports of the extraction vessel. The remaining coffee drips off.
Other benefits:
